Every engagement starts with the diagnostic audit – experiment zero. We go into your account, find what is wrong, and tell you exactly what it is costing you. Fill in the form and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

// Diagnostic audit fee
£1,500 / $1,800
Credited in full against your first month if you proceed with a retained programme. Yours to keep regardless.
Response time
Within 24 hours. Usually faster.
Availability
We work with 3 to 5 clients at a time. If we are at capacity we will tell you and let you know when a slot opens.

The questions we get asked most often. If yours is not here, the form is right above.
How long before we see results? +

The diagnostic audit will identify gaps immediately, and some of those have very short payback times. Moving an abandoned cart trigger can show measurable improvement within weeks of going live.

The experimentation programme itself takes longer to compound. The minimum terms (3 months for Catalyst, 6 months for Compound, 12 months for Apex) reflect the time needed to design tests, run them properly, reach statistically valid conclusions, and apply those findings to the next cycle. Month 3 is noticeably smarter than month 1 (which is the whole point).

Do you write the emails or just build the flows? +

Both. Flows are built and the copy inside them is written. Campaigns are planned, written, designed, and sent. You do not need to provide copy (unless you want to).

On Compound and Apex we handle everything end to end. On Catalyst the focus is on flow infrastructure, with campaign management available as an add-on if needed.

Can we start with just the audit and decide later? +

Yes, of course you can. The diagnostic audit is designed to stand on its own. You receive a full written findings document regardless of what you decide next.

If you then want to proceed with a retained programme, the audit fee is credited against your first month. If you decide to take the findings elsewhere, that is entirely fine. The document is yours.

What access do you need to our account? +

Full Klaviyo admin access for the audit and ongoing work. We also typically ask for access to your ecom platform (Shopify, or equivalent) for revenue attribution, and Google Analytics where relevant.

All access is governed by a standard agreement. We do not share data with third parties and operate under strict confidentiality. Client details are never published without explicit permission.

Do you work with brands outside the UK? +

Yes. We work with brands across the UK and US, and have worked with brands in mainland Europe. All pricing is available in GBP and USD.

Most client communication happens over Slack and scheduled calls, so time zone differences are manageable. We will flag if the overlap is too limited to work well.

What if we are not on Klaviyo? +

Klaviyo is the platform we work in. If you are on another platform and want to migrate, we can handle the migration as part of onboarding (available as an add-on). The diagnostic audit can still be conducted and will include a migration assessment.

If you are committed to staying on another platform long-term, we are probably not the right fit. Klaviyo's data infrastructure is central to how we run the experimentation programme.

Why the minimum terms? +

The minimum terms exist because proper experimentation takes time. It's not possible to design a test, run it with a meaningful sample, analyse the result, apply the learning, and then run the next test in 4 weeks. The minimum terms reflect the time required to do the work properly.

They are also a filter. If you need to see a dramatic result in 30 days, the programme is unlikely to meet that expectation and we would rather tell you that upfront.

What happens at the end of the minimum term? +

The engagement moves to a rolling monthly arrangement. You can continue, change tier, or end the engagement with 30 days notice. There is no lock-in beyond the initial minimum term.

At the end of any engagement, everything we have built is yours: the flows, the templates, the experiment log, the findings documents. You leave with a fully documented email programme and a record of what works for your audience.

How is success measured? +

Email-attributed revenue is the primary metric, measured against the baseline established in the audit. We also track revenue per recipient by flow, campaign conversion rate, and incremental revenue from experiments.

Open rates and click rates are reported but they are not the goal. The goal is revenue. Everything else is context.

Do you offer a revenue guarantee? +

No. Anyone offering a revenue guarantee in email marketing is selling you something. There are too many variables outside our control - your product, your offer, your pricing, your traffic, your brand, the quality of your customer service.

What we can tell you is that the diagnostic audit will show you a quantified gap between what your email programme currently makes and what it should make, with the assumptions visible. If we cannot identify a meaningful opportunity, we will tell you that before you spend a penny on a retained programme.

// What happens next
Three steps.
No surprises.
01
Short call
20 to 30 minutes. We will ask about your Klaviyo setup, your revenue data, and what you are trying to fix. You ask us whatever you want. Not pitch or deck, just a conversation to see if there is a genuine fit.
02
Experiment zero
If we think we can help significantly, we will recommend booking the diagnostic audit. £1,500 / $1,800. We pull your Klaviyo account apart across flows, segmentation, deliverability, and attribution, then deliver a written findings document within 72 hours. Yours to keep regardless of what you decide next.
03
Programme start
The audit tells you exactly what we found and what we would do about it. At that point you have everything you need to decide. If you want to proceed, we agree a tier, credit the audit fee, and start the experiment programme. If you decide otherwise, the findings are still yours.
